AMAZING!! From the minute we walked in on a cold Saturday morning we were treated with warmth and kindness Richard was so nice, very helpful and genuinely interested in helping us, but it was very difficult to view trailers due to all the snow ( impulse visit) from a storm a few days earlier. We returned 2 weeks later, and met Rose. Rose is a absolute GEM, extremely knowledgeable, listens well, and goes above and beyond We weren't able to find the trailer we wanted at Bella Vista, but it was hard to say no ( just didn't have our must haves) but both Richard and Rose were fantastic to work with! Fantastic service!

I will start with what made me go to Bella vista Heidi’s across the hwy is a joke to deal with screwed me over when I took my trailer to them for the winter and they did not winterize it so you know what that means and the owner and staff looked at me and said not are problem and that it was on me to pay to fix it so I paid my bill with Heidi and took the trailer to Bella vista and it was the best thing I could have done they are awesome to work with they took care of me very very very well with all my needs and now it will be Bella vista for all my trailer needs. If you are in the market for any trailer needs I highly recommend you goto Bella vista I can add that my buddy went to camp mart and is getting screwed around with warranty work on his brand new trailer that had issues from day one.

We just purchased an travel trailer from Bella Vista RV Centre and couldn't have been happier with the service we received. Rose welcomed us to their beautiful showroom (which was hands down the nicest showroom we have been in while searching for a trailer), and immediately helped us identify what we were looking for. She was full of great information and was well versed in RVs and could answer all of our questions confidently and honestly. Right off the top, I received the warmest welcome on the phone and in person by Rose. Give her a call, you'll love her energy and how she is ready to do whatever it takes for you. I was so impressed from the get go on how far she would go from finding the right model and ensuring its exactly what you want and need. She's a real beauty! Richard, the sales manager was so warm, friendly, really made me feel important and showed such immense appreciation for comimg in. A friend who came with me on delivery day actually went back a day after my delivery and purchased a trailer for himself! He saw how well I was treated and was blown away himself so decided it was his time too. Next up, Phil in the business office. Business managers are often cheesey, try hard and manipulate their way into your payment. Phil showed me all options, recommended the ones he chooses personally for his trailer and really blew away the payment process. I've never seen anything like this! Fantastic service! I can’t thank the team enough I called a couple different rv dealers in the area for advice before them and they were not helpful at all. Kept getting put on hold couldn’t get ahold of anyone that could even give us advice until I called Bella vista rv center. We just purchased a 2023 Bushwhacker Plus 17FD a couple of weeks ago. Right from first meeting Richard, then Ben when we arrived and viewed the trailers, then Annette and Rob’s helpfulness while picking it up - all in all it was a great experience! We had the greatest service. Everyone who works here was amazing to deal with. Rose patiently answered all of our original questions when we were just starting to look. However their service and demeanour is what sold us. Once we decided Annette was great to deal with answering and explaining the hitch options to us. Never once pressured us. Had a second walk around a couple.weeks later and they had pulled it inside so we could take our time. When we went to pick it up, Chris was amazing at explaining all of the items we need. We are so happy to be part of the Bella Vista family.

We arrived at Bella Vista RV at 3:15 when they closed at 4pm not realizing that you needed an appointment. Bruno said no problem at all and took the time to show us the different RV's we had seen online. We felt bad that he was almost closing but he did not make us feel rushed at all, and took the time to explain different features on each trailer and helped us make the right decision. We did not feel pressured at all to purchase, and he even left a couple of the trailers open so we could walk back and forth and sit in them on our own for a bit to talk among ourselves without having a "salesman" around. Upon coming to Barrie from North Bay, I was unaware that I needed an appointment to view trailers, but luckily Bruno was accommodating and was able to fit my boyfriend and I into his schedule for that day! We were very pleased by this, and to top it off Bruno was an amazing guide to looking for the perfect trailer for us; he understood and respected our budget, and the mains aspects we were looking for in a trailer! He answered every question we had and didn’t make me feel stupid even if the questions were simple! He was very thorough in answering the questions and went above and beyond in explaining all the aspects of the trailer, providing additional information I would of never thought to ask! During this time of covid, I must add that this was the only trailer dealership that took covid precautions very seriously, we were asked to wear gloves, and social distancing was at the forefront, which many of the other dealerships did not enforce. This made us feel very safe being out in public during this time! I also must add that because we were out of town purchasing a trailer, Bruno has been every helpful and accommodating by doing paperwork over the phone/online which is extremely helpful for us! We were very impressed with the service that we received. Bruno, the motorhome salesman/owner, provided us with excellent service, initially knowledgeably answering many questions over the phone and then in person as we inspected the unit. Despite primarily dealing with large class A motor homes, Bruno knew the unit we were interested in inside and out and was able to answer all our questions. We usually really dislike the process of negotiating for a vehicle but Bruno made this process as pleasant and painless as possible. We appreciated that he was very honest about the pricing of the unit and pre-delivery work costs. We came to the dealership from quite a distance and were very pleased that Bruno was able to get the RV prepped for us quickly ( next day) and even let us sleep the night in the unit so we could avoid getting a hotel. Great RV center, Bella Vista has a giant indoor showroom with full size RV 's on show. The sell high quality products. I have also purchased parts from them. They offer great service as well. There is a large inventory on site with knowledgeable staff to discuss everything from build quality to construction to maintaining you vehicle. Highly recommended.

Great service and understanding.

We had an opportunity to visit various RV places in Ontario and I must say, we were most impressed with Bella Vista RV Centre. Staff are very friendly and there to assist in whatever your needs are. We had a look at some Class A Diesel Motorhomes and in doing so, the team there took the time to walk us through all the features of the RVs, things to look for and things to watch out for. Very knowledgeable and a great customer experience. We ended up purchased a new Holiday Rambler Endeavor at Bella Vista. Thanks to the entire staff.

We bought our Holiday Rambler Coach from Bella Vista and love it. We both would like to offer our gratitude to Joanne, Gary and the rest of the staff for a great experience. The coach, no matter how well built, is only as good as the service. Service to its valued customers is the number 1 priority at Bella Vista and we now feel that we almost have become part of the extended family that runs the company. In fact they make us feel that we are the only client that matters. Also the manufacturer of the Holiday Rambler coaches is excellent. We had a small issue that needed to be taken care of at the factory on our way to Florida. Rev has full overnight facilities, friendly service and welcomes its customers anytime. So far we must say that we will be a BellaVista Lifetime customer.

Great Sales Staff!

Great staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Took the time to answer our many questions as a first time buyer. Loss of one star as there was a $500 administration fee in addition to the other fees. Thought that this was a little pricey considering we did not use their financing.

I had a great experience while purchasing my first trailer with Bella Vista! The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, even while dealing with two little ones. My only issue was having to take time off work to pick up the trailer due to the fact that there are no technicians available on weekends. I had a hitch installed which required installation which could only be done during the week. That being said it was a very speedy installation and the demonstration of the hitch and the walk thru of the trailer was educational and thorough! Highly recommended for any first time buyers!

We were in the market for a small to mid-size lite rv trailer. After a very disappointing experience at a local rv shop (2 hours from Orillia) we decided to take the drive and check out Bella RV. Our first contact was by phone and immediately the salesman Peter struck us as being very professional. We arrived on Sunday morning as scheduled and the staff was very friendly and weren’t afraid to strike up conversation. Peter then showed us the trailer we had inquired about but also gave us two other options to check out as well in the same price range. We ended up choosing to pursue buying one of the other rv’s he had shown us after because of the features it offered over our original choice. Joanne was very helpful in the finance office working on the best deal for us. Overall Bella RV was a very professional and no pressure place to deal with.
